Robert “Bobby” Charles Flowers

Robert Charles Flowers passed away on December 27, 2020.
He attended Akron Public Schools and U.S. Army where he received his GED. He studied homeownership courses for a time while detailing cars. He enjoyed life while keeping a smile on our faces with his jokes.
He is preceded in death by parents, Melvin C. and Emma L. Flowers; wives, Cellastine Carter Flowers and Cathy Turner Flowers; grandparents, Henry and Florence Matthew along with John Irene Flowers; brothers, James Flowers and son Jason Jones Sr.
He leaves to mourn his passing daughter, Talaya L. (Ronnie) Buckner, Robert Jr., Marvin Carter, Kim Carter; sisters, June (Steven) Franklin and Brenda Miller; brothers, Melvin Flowers and Donald R. Flowers; grandchildren, Taknesha Vaughn, China Jones, Ka’Marah, Sanai, Kobe, Maya, Cameron, Jalen and Jason Jones Jr.; great grandchildren, Tayleigh Vaughn and a host of other relatives and friends.
