Ronald worked in construction, carpentry and was very skilled with home improvement. Ronald was a father and grandfather; he loved spending time with family and others. He was very loving and caring he had a heart of gold. He would give his last dime. He had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. Ronald preceded in death by grandmother, Rachel E Harper; grandfathers, Terry Arthur Jr. and Will Harper Jr. Ronald leaves to cherish his memory; mother, Antoinette Ford (Bobby); sons, Rontes Payne and Ronald Arthur Jr. and seven grandchildren.
