He was born in Akron, Ohio and was a lifetime resident and graduate of Central Hower High School, class of 1971.<br \/>\nHe later played cornerback for the Cleveland Lions and loved playing basketball. Known for his eclectic style that kept everyone he encountered captivated.<\/p>\n<p>He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur James\u00a0Moss; mother, Henrietta Elnora\u00a0Moss\u00a0and brother, Michael J.\u00a0Moss.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his daughter, Michelle\u00a0Moss; sons, Mitchell\u00a0Moss\u00a0and James (Jeana)\u00a0Moss; granddaughters, Darchella Woodall and Jordyn Rose\u00a0Moss; grandson, Jamaree Wright; sisters, Mickey (Reginald) Wesley, Angela Humphries, Marilyn Butler, and Mary (Richard) Kirkland; best friends, Louie Berrodin and Donald Buck and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Family will receive\u00a0guests on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 1pm until 2pm at Sommerville Funeral Services, 1695 Diagonal Road, Akron, Ohio 44320.
