He was the youngest boy and three of five children.<br \/>\nHe passed away quietly in his sleep after a long illness on January 28, 2023, in Pascagoula, Mississippi.<br \/>\nHe accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of<br \/>\nBethel Seventh-Day Adventist church here in Akron, where he performed numerous community services, including selling religious literature and collecting money to help feed the poor.<br \/>\nHe was always cheerful and happy to participate however or whenever he could.<br \/>\nHe graduated from Garfield High school in 1981 and went to Stark<br \/>\nfor some time. He was an avid Cleveland Browns, Ohio State and<br \/>\nCleveland Indians fan. He enjoyed going to ball games and spending time with his family and friends.<br \/>\nHe moved to Mississippi in 1994 and worked in several different restaurants as a busser and moved up to a server and then waiter.<br \/>\nHis customers and co-workers loved him and received many accolades and awards for his excellent work.<br \/>\nHe is preceded in death by; his father, Lacy Grays Sr. and his brother- in-law Donald Harrison Jr..<br \/>\nHe leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Gloria Grays; his sisters, Tawana Harrison, Constance Grays, Frances Grays; and his brother Lacy (Skip) Grays Jr. (Karim).<br \/>\nHe loved spending time with all his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his cousins.
