He was born May 7, 1959, to Elbert Sr. and Vera Hawkins. <\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his son, Rashaun Hawkins, mother, Vera Hawkins, grandchildren, Sierra and Jaevon Hawkins and Atlas Thomas, brother, Alvin (Yolanda) Hawkins, sisters-in-law, Brenda and Gaynette Hawkins and Charstean Nicholson and a host of other family and friends. <\/p>\n<p>Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at New Zion Baptist Church 1135 E. Jersey St. Alliance, Ohio 44601 with Pastor Brandon Hodge offering the eulogy.
