Clarence Carter

Clarence W. Carter, 93, of Alliance passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Friday, March 12, 2021. He was born on November 3, 1927 in Leetonia, Ohio to the Late Churchill and Ethel Belle (Haines) Carter Sr.

Clarence was a United States Army and Air Force veteran. After serving his country he worked as a mechanic for a Chevy dealership and on the railroad for a bit. He loved doing crossword puzzles and spending time with his family, especially his brothers. ey could be found relaxing on the porch going for random drives, in Walmart or in the ea market.

He is survived by his children, Jerey Lynn Carter, Kathy Ann Board, and Denise Maria (Mark Edwards) Carter, 10 grandchildren, Marvin Carter, Pauletta Dickerson, Ericka Ellis-omas, Aaron Ellis, Ebony Board-Finch, Brandon Ellis, Marcell Carter, D’andre Carter, Amanda Board, Whitney Board, 20 great- grandchildren and a brother James Carter.
